Labour Party Conference 2015: After the Elections: A Vision for the Future
Our second fringe event at Labour Conference 2015 will focus on where next for the left and the labour movement following the results of the 2015 General Election and the recent Labour Party leadership election. A Vision for the Future will look forward to the new Labour Leaders’ first speech to Party conference immediately after this event.
Speakers will debate what the new Tory government and the election of Jeremy Corbyn as Labour Leader mean for the wider left and will outline the actions and policies they think are needed if the Labour Party and the wider labour movement are going to effectively challenge the new Conservative Government, and win in 2020.
