Prof Tonia Novitz

Tonia Novitz is Professor of Labour Law at the University of Bristol. She has been a visiting fellow at the International Institute for Labour Studies, a Jean Monnet Fellow and a Marie Curie Fellow at the European University Institute and a visiting professor at the University of Melbourne.
She has written on UK labour law, international labour standards, EU social policy, EU external relations and mechanisms for the protection of human rights. Tonia is a member of the editorial board of the UK Industrial Law Journal and is the author of International and European Protection of the Right to Strike (Oxford University Press, 2003).
