Andrew Fisher
PCS Policy Officer

Andrew Fisher is Policy Officer for PCS, working in the General Secretary's Office.
He joined PCS in 2010 and co-ordinated production of the PCS pamphlet 'Welfare: an alternative vision'. Before joining PCS, he worked in Parliament and alongside John McDonnell MP in co-ordinating Labour opposition to the Welfare Reform Act 2009. He has a degree in social policy and politics.
